How do I place an order?
You can easily place an order by adding the desired products to your shopping cart and following the steps in the checkout process. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is complete.

Can I return my order?
You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt without giving any reason, provided that the product is undamaged, unused and in the original packaging.
Exceptions
Please note that custom made and personalised products cannot be returned. This applies to products that have been modified to your specifications or are clearly personalised. This may be with products that have a name engraved on them.

Easy returns in 3 steps

Try to be as complete as possible in your email. Some important points to include:
- Why you want to exchange or return the package.
- Any photos for clarification.
Step 2: Send your order
Pack the product carefully and return it to the specified return address. The costs for return shipping are for the account of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
Step 3: Receive the purchase amount in your bank account
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you a confirmation by email. The purchase amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days, provided the product has been received in good condition.
